Last week, millions of internet-connected everyday devices were used to perpetrate a denial of service attack on Dyn, a sort of switchboard for the internet. This internet-of-things (aka IoT) attack resulted in daylong outages on Twitter, Amazon, Netflix, and many other popular sites. We have a few suspects.
